Shipping policy

Processing:

All products are shipped within New Zealand using Courier Post and are posted within two business days of the order being made. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order has been dispatched.

In the case of pre-orders, products will be shipped within two business days of the conclusion of the pre-order time frame. 

During seasonal times like Matariki, Black Friday, Kirihimete, orders can take an additional 3-5 days to process due to demand. We appreciate your patience while we endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible. 

Shipping:

We ship to you from Hamilton, New Zealand. Shipping within New Zealand can take between 3-7 business days. Shipping to Australia can take between 7- 14 business days.
